To submit a bid:

  1. Download the RFQ form
  2. Fill out the form
  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1250 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.

  • Drywall

    Remove and replace all existing drywall on ceiling down to studs in bathroom 1 approx. 5’x5’ install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, texture and paint entire room. Replace water damaged insulation over bathroom as needed with batt in R-38. Participant to choose paint colors.

  • Doors

    Remove and replace storm door on front of home. Contractor is responsible for all required hardware for proper installation and functionality.
