To submit a bid:

  2. Fill out the form
  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 4-bed 1 bath, brick home approx. 1250 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Case Manager- Taylor Brown 580 642 6569 Inspector- Corey James 580 317 7088 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Electrical

    Remove and replace ceiling fans, (2 in Home). Install completely new exhaust fan in bathroom, vented out to soffit, include switch and cover. Remove 2 light fixtures on wall in hallway and above kitchen sink. Install on 2 new ceiling light fixtures. Repair all damage due to electrical change outs, to include but not limited to drywall, paint, paneling, flooring, and ect.

  • Plumbing

    ADA shower, remove walk in paneled shower. Install new low entry tiled shower. Install 2 ADA grab bars, adjustable height handheld shower faucet with its own adjustable guide rod apart from the grab bars. and portable seat. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs. Install Comfort height/ADA commode, wax ring, and supply and shut offs.(Concrete has been cracked and flange is loose.) Secure flange to concrete. Install new pedestal sink faucet and knobs. Secure pedestal sink to wall. Install new kitchen double deep sink, faucet, and removeable gooseneck faucet with knob. Install new waste and water supply lines. New shut off valves.

  • Cabinets

    Remove and replace existing cabinets, Install approx. 12’ upper and 12’ base cabinets. Install new preformed laminate counter tops. Stain and Seal/Paint. Cabinets must be all hardwood fronts and plywood bulkheads; particle board will not be accepted; this will include bathroom vanities. Repair all damage due to replacement which includes drywall and flooring, install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new matching backsplash as needed at cooking area behind and to side.

  • Doors

    Remove and replace 2 entry doors. Install 2 pre-hung six panel insulated metals doors. Remove and replace exterior door trim for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Install 2 new storm doors. Include all hardware. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes. Remove and replace interior door, approx. 1. Install new pre-hung interior door, trim and hardware (Kwikset or comparable). Stain or paint to match new or existing finishes.

  • Windows

    Replace all window screens.

  • Drywall

    Remove and replace all damaged sheetrock in home. Install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, texture and paint interior of home.

  • Flooring

    Prep floor. Install new waterproof floating vinyl plank flooring with a minimum 3/16” thick flooring. Pull toilet and install flooring up to the floor flange. Remove and replace baseboards for proper fit and finish. Paint baseboards. Participant will choose color. (Flooring can be overlaid)

  • Vinyl Siding

    Remove existing soffit and porch soffit . Install 7/16 OSB , install new vinyl soffit, (perforated as needed for proper ventilation). Cover all exposed wood surfaces with PVC coated coil metal (Fascia). Replace any deteriorated Fascia approx. 180 lineal feet, and exterior trim needed before applying coil metal.

  • Rough Carpentry

    Remove porch post front and back. Install new metal post. Paint white. Insulate attic hatch in bathroom.

  • Power Washing

    Power wash exterior of home.

  • Do not use- previously air conditioning

    Remove and replace the existing HVAC unit. Install a new minimum 14.3 SEER2 rated energy efficient electric heat pump unit. Install appropriate filter drier, new thermostat, and new registers. Caulk all ceiling drops to drywall before air register installation. Seal the return air cavity with drywall for energy efficiency. Insulate the duct where needed. Replace the plenum if required for proper fitment of the new unit. If duct board is to be used for transition to plenum, all joints must be foil-taped, and an acrylic latex or mastic sealant is to be applied over foil-taped joints. The contractor will be responsible for the proper sizing of the new unit. The contractor must provide the AHRI certificate for the equipment to be installed with the bid.

  • Special Equipment

    The Contractor is to provide a storage container and move all the contents out of the house before working on the inside and back into the house after the job is completed.

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
