To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Property manager- Lacey Dodds at 580-740-8636. Inspector- Phillip Hotella at 580-579-5100. All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
Plumbing
Remove and replace tub/shower. Include a new delta or comparable faucet and mixing valve. Install new tub/shower base same size as the existing and surround, with Swan-Stone or comparable, must be a minimum of 1/4” thickness. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Remove and replace the moisture damaged drywall around the tub. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs. Paint the entire bathroom walls and ceiling.
