To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 3-bed 2-bath, brick home, approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view the job before bidding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required. Contractor will be responsible for the cleanup and removal of all waste and restoring the yard to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Windows
Remove and replace all windows throughout the home. Install new insulated vinyl, low-E, tilt sash windows. Repair any and all damage due to window replacement, including paint, all trim, including window stools/sills if required, inside and out. Caulk and seal inside and out. Repair or replace any and all deteriorated framing as needed for proper repair. There are approximately 7 windows in the home. The contractor is responsible for the exact window count and measurements.
Doors
Adjust all exterior doors for proper fit and finish. Caulk and seal inside and out. Repair all damage due to adjustments, to include, but not limited to, drywall, paint, paneling, flooring, etc.
