To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Roofing
Hip roof. Remove all shingles, felt, roof jacks, drip edge, and attic ventilation. Re-nail or replace decking as needed, fill all ventilation penetrations. Install new 30-year architectural shingles, 30# felt, drip edge, roof jacks, high-heat roof jacks for any gas appliance penetrations, and flashing required to complete the job. Install new continuous ridge vent for proper ventilation (May require decking at peak to be cut to allow for proper ventilation). Caulk and seal as needed for complete and proper finish. Participant to choose color. Ensure all vent piping is properly attached at appliance upon roof completion.
Electrical
Remove and replace heat-vent-lights in both bathrooms, replace switches, replace any needed wiring for each.
Plumbing
Remove and replace the 40-gallon electric water heater and install an expansion tank, replace drain pan if needed, install new supply lines, install new shutoffs if needed.
Special Instructions
All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
