To submit a bid:

- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. metal roof. Slab on grade. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Metal Roof
Remove and replace all roof jacks on the entire home, use heat rated roof jack where applicable.
Flooring
Remove existing floor covering throughout home, install new VC tile throughout the entire home. Pull toilet and install flooring up to the floor flange. Install all new base trim required for proper fit and finish. Participant will choose color.
Special Instructions
Contractor will supply a storage container big enough to store the entire contents of the home and be responsible for removing the contents of the into the container then back into the home.
Plumbing
Remove and replace all exterior faucets on the home, repair any damage done from replacement of faucets. (Approx. 2) Remove and replace tub/shower that is damaged. Install new tub and surround, with Swan-Stone or comparable, must be a minimum of 1/4” thickness. Replace shower handle and mixing valve with Delta or comparable. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs. Remove and replace existing vanity in the hall bathroom. All vanities must have plywood bulkheads hardwood fronts and any necessary hardware required for proper finished installation. Stain and seal/paint. Repair all damage due to replacement which includes drywall and flooring, install any and all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install a new sink and faucet, install new drain, supply lines and shut offs on the new vanity.
Windows
Remove and replace the broken window the front of the home. Install new insulated vinyl, low E, tilt sash windows. Repair any, and all damage due to window replacement, including paint, all trim, including window stools/sills if required, inside and out. Caulk and seal inside and out. Repair or replace any and all deteriorated framing as needed for proper repair. The broken window sash only can be replaced to fix the window instead of the entire window if contractor chooses to do so.
Rough Carpentry
Remove and replace all exterior siding, soffit, facia, and trim from the house, check the exposed wall sheathing for any damage once siding is removed, and notify the inspector of any unforeseen damage that may require repair before installation of new materials. Install new weather-resistant house wrap over all exterior wall surfaces and install new Smart-siding and all required trim pieces, including but not limited to Corner trim, window and door trim, Fascia or band trim where applicable. Starter strips and flashing as required. Caulk all seams, joints, and penetrations with exterior-grade sealant to ensure a weather-tight installation. Primer (if required) and apply 2 finish coats to all newly installed siding and trim.
Drywall
Fix all damaged drywall throughout the entire home, finish, texture and prep for paint.
Doors
Install storm doors equal to a Larson Brand with all new hardware including safety chains on all three entry doors. Remove and replace all damaged interior doors, approx. 6. Install new pre-hung interior doors, trim and hardware (Kwikset or comparable). Stain or paint to match new or existing finishes.
Painting
Paint the siding, soffit, facia and trim with 2 coats of premium paint. Homeowner will select the color of the paint.
Special Instructions
All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
