Instructions
To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Site improvements
This will be for a seasonal bid for mowing and maintaining of public areas of 3 properties belonging to the Choctaw Nation Housing Authority. 1 property in Calera and 2 properties in Durant. The seasonal period will run from May 1st until October 30. This will be for all public areas, drainage ditches, and retention pond areas of the properties. This will also include maintaining an occasional vacant property yard until occupied. Areas will need to mowed twice a month. CONTRACTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO VISIT PROPERTIES AND MEET PROPERTY MANAGER BEFORE BIDDING. Bids will be voided if contractor does not contact property manager.
Site improvements
The contractor will be required to have insurance in case of any damage to any property and surrounding areas to be maintained. Sites will need to be maintained at a minimum of twice a month. Locations include Patriots Way, Chukka Rd., and Pecan Valley, all located in the Durant/Calera area. Please contact Maegan Russell or Miranda Payne with any questions or site visits prior to bidding. Site improvements
Spray and weed eat any ditches or retention ponds and grass seed in agreed upon areas. Property manager will show areas.
