All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Any questions contact Dallas Ainsworth (Property Manager) @580-642-6127 or Taylor Heath (Inspector) @580-570-9301. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Please schedule to meet property manager at site before bidding.

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.

  • Concrete

    A retaining wall shall be constructed approximately 150' in length along the east property line traveling north to south, turning west and extending approx. 50' along the south property line (Along the drainage ditch in front of home), turning back north extending approx. 25' along driveway to concrete walkway. Retaining wall will be in the shape of a J from ariel view. Total length approx. 225' at an approx. height of 5' 5". A maximum of 2:12 slope from home to top of retaining wall. Rough in drops every 20' should be included to allow for french drain to be stubbed out at base of retaining wall. The retaining wall shall be designed and constructed to safely retain the earth using a minimum of 4k psi concrete with a minimum of 1/2" rebar on 12" centers.

  • Earth Work

    Upon completion of the retaining wall, backfill and grade the retained area to establish positive drainage from away from the home. Final grade shall provide a maximum slope of 2:12 extending away from the homes foundation while maintaining smooth transitions into existing surrounding grades. Fill material should be properly compacted to minimize future settlement. A french drain with perforated pipe shall be installed along the retained portion of the wall with non perf pipe being stubbed out at bottom of retaining wall to ensure proper drainage. Frensh drain is to be sodded over. Gutters on the side of home facing retaining wall shall be piped into drain. The completed work shall create a stable yard with positive drainage directing the surface runoff away from the residence toward its natural drainage path.

  • Landscaping

    Contractor is responsible for adding a layer of topsoil over compacted fill and sodding entire area, including any damaged area incurred from equipment use.

  • Fencing

    A black chain link fence shall be constructed and properly anchored to top of retaining wall. all necessary hardware for proper installation and assembly is the contractors responsibility.

  • Special Instructions

    Any and all debris incurred during construction process is the contractor's responsibility to remove from site.
