All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Site improvements

    This will be fence rowing, cleaning brush up at front of property with few tree removals. Cutting grass back approx. 5' away from fence. Contractor can call inspector to meet out onsite to go over job. Front of property. Remove brush, bushes and few dead trees. Stumps are in the brush(they can stay) Weedeat and cut grass. Haul off any debris, trash, and trees cut down. Trim limbs Approx. 430' North and south side of property. Fence row. Cut grass back approx. 5' if room. Trim limbs Approx. 800' Haul off any logs or debris.

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
