To submit a bid:

  2. Fill out the form
  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 3-bed 1 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Case Manager- Shea Nichols 580 642 6304 Inspector- Corey James 580 317 7088 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Special Equipment

    Install a French drain in front of home Approx. 75' and drain out west of home. There is a little hill front of home which cause water to flow towards home. Install metal seamless gutters on front and back of home approx. 100'. Include downspouts and flex hose if needed to drain water away from home. Splash blocks.

  • Rough Carpentry

    Remove vinyl siding, damaged osb, and studs/seal plates on add on front. Remove vinyl siding on front, side, and back. Install new 7/16 osb. Install new house wrap and flashing to prevent future water intrusion. Install new smart siding and trim. Paint siding.

  • Drywall

    Remove exterior wall drywall 3' from bottom down to studs in add-on room. Install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, texture and paint room.

  • Flooring

    Remove existing floor in add on room only, install new waterproof floating vinyl plank flooring with a minimum 3/16” thick flooring. Remove and replace baseboards. Paint Participant will choose color.

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
