To submit a bid:

  1. Download the RFQ form
  2. Fill out the form
  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Property manager- Lacey Dodds at 580-740-8636. Inspector- Phillip Hotella at 580-579-5100. All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.

  • Plumbing

    ADA shower, remove and replace tub/shower in the master bathroom. Install a new low-entry shower base and surround, with Swan-Stone or comparable, must be a minimum of 1/4” thickness. Replace shower handle and mixing valve with Delta or comparable. Install 2 ADA grab bars, adjustable height handheld shower faucet with its own adjustable guide rod apart from the grab bars. and portable seat. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs. Install a new Comfort height/ADA toilet with a new seat, wax ring, supply, and shut-offs. Install a new Dielectric union for the propane line going into the home. Remove and replace outside faucets with frost-free faucets.

  • Vinyl Siding

    Remove existing exterior siding. Install 7/16 OSB to the entire home, install new house wrap, vinyl soffit (perforated as needed for proper ventilation), and siding on the entire home.. Cover all exposed wood surfaces with PVC-coated coil metal (Fascia). Replace any deteriorated Fascia, approx. 60 lineal feet, and exterior trim needed before applying coil metal.

  • Electrical

    Install all new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors throughout the house.

  • Gutter Installation or repair

    Install seamless guttering across the front and back of the house, including all needed downspouts, and concrete splash blocks at each downspout.

  • Cabinets

    Install new preformed laminate countertops in the kitchen. Repair all damage due to replacement which includes drywall and flooring, install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new matching backsplash as needed at cooking area. Install new plywood bottom under the kitchen sink stain to match the cabinets. Reinstall kitchen sink and faucet.

  • Doors

    Remove and replace 1 entry door at the side of the home. Install a pre-hung six-panel insulated metal door. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes. Install a new storm door for the side door. Remove and replace the trim around the back door, and install new trim matching the existing paint to match. Repair all drywall around the back door, paint to match the existing.

  • Mechanical-HVAC

    Remove and replace the existing HVAC unit. Install a new minimum 14.3 SEER2-rated energy-efficient gas unit. Install new copper line-set, appropriate filter drier, thermostat, and registers. Caulk all ceiling drops to drywall before air register installation. Seal the return air cavity with drywall for energy efficiency. Insulate the duct where needed. Replace the plenum if required for proper fitment of the new unit. If duct board is to be used for transition to plenum, all joints must be foil-taped, and an acrylic latex or mastic sealant is to be applied over foil-taped joints. The contractor will be responsible for the proper sizing of the new unit. The contractor must provide the AHRI certificate for the equipment to be installed with the invoice for payment.
