To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Construction
All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1200 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab Property manager- Lacey Dodds at 580-740-8636. Inspector- Phillip Hotella at 580-579-5100. All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
Doors
Remove and replace 1 entry doors. Install a pre-hung six-panel insulated metal door. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes.
Plumbing
Remove the hall bathroom surround, make all needed repairs, and install a new tile surround, including all needed trim. Repair all damage due to the surround change-out, to include, but not limited to, drywall, paint, paneling, flooring, etc. Remove and replace the countertop in the hall bathroom, install a new preformed laminate countertop with a new sink, supply lines, shut offs, and delta or comparable faucet. Remove and replace the master bathroom sink, install a new vanity; all vanities must have plywood bulkheads, hardwood fronts, and any necessary hardware required for proper finished installation. Stain and Seal/paint. Repair all damage due to replacement which includes drywall and flooring, install any and all trim required for proper fit and finish, install a new preformed laminate countertop with a new sink, supply lines, shut-offs, and delta or comparable faucet.
