To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 3-bed, 2-bath brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft., shingle roof. Slab on grade All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. All work done must meet or exceed the 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view the job before bidding. The contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required. The contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and for repairing the yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Doors
Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. On all exterior doors
Plumbing
Remove and replace tub/shower and surround with Swan-Stone or comparable; must be a minimum of 1/4” thickness. Replace shower handle and mixing valve with Delta or comparable. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint the whole bathroom. The contractor is responsible for all measurements and count of materials needed.
Drywall
Install new ½” drywall in closet that has mildew in it approximately 3' up from bottom, tape, bed, texture, and paint the whole closet to match new or existing finish.
Tree Removal
Cut down and remove the tree on the south side of the house, and any tree limbs that are a threat to the roof. The contractor is responsible for putting the yard back to mowing condition
Site improvements
12 yards of 1/2" crushed rock, 2 loads, approximately 200' x 8 '. Spread out. The contractor is responsible for all measurements and the count of materials needed.
Windows
Remove and replace broken windows on the front of the house, one single and one double. Install new insulated vinyl, low-E, tilt-sash windows. Repair any and all damage due to window replacement, including paint, all trim, including window stools/sills if required, inside and out. Caulk and seal inside and out. Repair or replace any and all deteriorated framing as needed for proper repair. The contractor is responsible for the exact window count and measurements.
