All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    This will be a 4-bedroom frame home slab foundation 1400 s,q, Case Manager Natalie Greenwood 580-326-7521 Inspector- Rex Haines 580-317-3166

  • Special Instructions

    All prospective Contractors are required to visit the project before submitting bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Metal Roof

    Repair area of roof at bathroom area from where water has come into bathroom ceiling making any and all repairs to complete.This will be a metal roof that looks like roof jacks need to be replaced at this area .Replace all roof jacks on home and make any repairs to roof where needed.

  • Vinyl Siding

    Remove existing exterior siding. Install, new house wrap, vinyl soffit (perforated as needed for proper ventilation), and siding on the entire home.. Cover all exposed wood surfaces with PVC-coated coil metal (Fascia). Replace any deteriorated Fascia, approx. 80 lineal feet, and exterior trim needed before applying coil metal. Replace soffit and fascia on front of home where needed to install new vinyl. Customer to pick color.

  • Doors

    Remove and replace front and back exterior doors with 6-panel metal doors with all new hardware all new trim door locks equal to kwikset all caulking and painting of all trim work.

  • Electrical

    Install new breaker box and breakers (label breaker panel), Repair all damage due to electrical change outs, to include but not limited to drywall, paint, paneling, flooring, and ect.wire back to camper.Install outlet cover where needed in home. NOTE-On back side of home there will be a camper that has been hotwired to home .Install new outside outlet at this area but do not wire back to camper.

  • Drywall

    In bathroom ceiling replace sheetrock on ceiling that has been damaged by roof leak replace with equal tape bed and texture to match and paint to match.place door trim around bathroom door with equal paint to match.

  • Site improvements

    Replace areas of tile backsplash in kitchen to match what is there now in style and color.
