To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

Special Instructions
Home is a 3-bed, 1 bath pier and beam frame home approx. 1400 sq. ft. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Rough Carpentry
Remove and replace the existing ADA Ramp with a new ADA ramp, the ramp will leave the porch down to a flat landing and turn out to the parking area, the tenant may want to move the ramp over to the edge of the porch instead of centered with the front door so that it ends up at the paring area and not in front of it, use all pressure treated ground contact material for the building of the ramp, use 2"x6" for the framing, supports and deck floor, 4"x4" post 5' OC concreted in the ground a min. of 2' deep, spindles are to 4" OC, the end of the ramp is to finish out on a concrete pad at ground level the width of the ramp floor joist sitting on it and extending out at least 18" in front of the wood ramp, concrete is to be a min. of 4" thick with all needed steel. (APPROX. 30' of ramp) (Ramp is to be built to ADA Specs.) On the East side of the home, replace the facia that has holes in it to prevent the squirrels from entering the attic, prime the facia that is replace and paint to match the existing.

All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
