Instructions
To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

Special Instructions
All prospective Contractors are required to visit the project before submitting bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the visit will not be considered or approved.
Special Instructions
Contractor is responsible for having utility's turned on while work is being done to home.
Drywall
Do a complete and full painting of all walls ceilings closets baseboards all doors in home ,color to match what is there now. Remove all T.V. mounts and make any and all drywall repairs where needed in all rooms of home tape bed and texture to match.
Painting
Do a complete and full painting of all soffit and fascia on outside of home and a full and complete paint of all outside doors and garage door of home.
Gutter Installation or repair
Make any and all repairs to guttering on home and install new splash bloks where needed.
Plumbing
In kitchen sink area remove garbage disposal and install all new waste water lines at kitchen sink area.
Cabinets
Replace base of kitchen cabinet under sink area of kitchen replace to match what is there now.
Electrical
Change all light bulbs in home and replace any light fixtures that may not be working with equal to what is there now.
Special Equipment
Install all new mini blinds in all rooms of home equal to what is there now.
Plumbing
Install two new toilets in home equal to what is there now with new supply lines and shutoofs with new wax rings.
Appliances
Do a complete and full service of H.V.A.C and supply a six month filter supply when completed after services
Plumbing
Do a complete and full service of aerobic system putting all back to working order.
Appliances
Contractor is to supply new washer and dryer and do a complete and full install. Will need to get with CASE Manager on brand of appliance to install.
Special Instructions
Do a complete and full cleaning of home all bathrooms flooring and all windows of home making home move in ready.
Lawn Service
At the end of the job do a complete and full mowing and weed eating of yard . Remove all trash inside and outside of home.
