To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 3-bed 2-bath, brick home, approx. 1500 sq. ft., shingle roof. Slab on grade. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view the job before bidding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required. Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair of the yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Landscaping
Using dirt from the old fence row on the West side of the property. Fill and grade the low area West of the homes. From the South end of the property to the North end of the property. Have extra dirt hauled in if needed. Grade the property so as not to hold water and can be easily maintained. Install sod after dirt work is complete. All bare dirt is to be covered to prevent erosion.
