To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

Special Instructions
All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Home is a 3-bedroom 2-bath, brick home approx. 2,000 sq. ft. with two car garage. Slab on grade Program Coordinator- Ferne Gunn 580-642-6318. Inspector- David Trowbridge 580-775-8512. All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view the job before bidding. The contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for the cleanup and removal of all waste and repairing the yard back to mowing condition. The homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. The contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.

Drywall
Bathroom approx. 8'x5', (damaged area approx. 2'x2'). Remove and replace mildewed damaged drywall and insulation in the ceiling of the hall bathroom, tape, bed, texture, and paint all the bathroom ceiling and walls to match new or existing finish, with a premium interior paint. The homeowner will choose the color.
