  2. Fill out the form
  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Property Manager- Lacey Dobbs 580-642-6122 Inspector- Colby Raper 580-372-1169 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Doors

    Remove and Replace 3 storm doors. Remove and replace 3 entry doors. Install 3 pre-hung six-panel insulated metal doors. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes.

  • Plumbing

    Reset and reseal master bathroom toilet. Guest bathroom install Comfort height/ADA commode, wax ring, and supply and shut offs.

  • Drywall

    Repair or replace hole in drywall on west side wall in living room. Tape, bed, texture and paint to match new or existing finish.

  • Special Equipment

    Install new smoke detectors throughout the house.

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
